Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MoneyShield, a service operated by Thrivexa Technologies Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), registered in England and Wales. By using our service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use MoneyShield.
2. Services
MoneyShield provides technology-assisted claims management services, including but not limited to: flight delay and cancellation compensation claims under EU Regulation 261/2004 (and retained UK law equivalent), and car finance mis-selling claims. We check eligibility, generate claim documentation, and submit claims on your behalf.
3. Fees and Payment
No Win, No Fee Guarantee
Our service operates on a strict no win, no fee basis. You will never be charged unless your claim is successful and you receive compensation.
- Success fee: 20% (inclusive of VAT) of the total compensation amount received. This fee is deducted before the remaining compensation is transferred to you.
- No upfront costs: There are no registration fees, processing fees, or hidden charges of any kind.
- Payment processing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You will receive the net compensation amount (80% of the total) to your designated bank account or payment method.
4. Authorisation
By submitting a claim through MoneyShield, you authorise Thrivexa Technologies Ltd to act on your behalf in pursuing the claim against the relevant airline, financial institution, or other party. This includes but is not limited to: sending demand letters, corresponding with the respondent, and negotiating settlement amounts. You confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
5. Your Obligations
- Provide accurate and truthful information for all claims.
- Notify us promptly of any direct communication from the airline or financial institution regarding your claim.
- Not submit duplicate claims through other services while your claim is active with MoneyShield.
- Respond to any requests for additional information within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your claim at any time before compensation has been paid by the airline or financial institution. To cancel, email us at premkumar@thrivexa.com. If you cancel after we have submitted a claim on your behalf but before receiving payment, no fee will be charged. If compensation has already been received by us on your behalf, the 20% success fee will apply.
7. No Guarantee of Outcome
While we strive to achieve the best possible outcome for every claim, we cannot guarantee success. Eligibility checks are based on available data and applicable regulations, but the final decision rests with the airline, financial institution, or relevant authority. Our eligibility assessment does not constitute legal advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thrivexa Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of MoneyShield. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees actually paid by you to us in respect of the relevant claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and materials on MoneyShield are owned by or licensed to Thrivexa Technologies Ltd. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of MoneyShield after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
